Field Trips: Please note that a nurse is not always present on field trips. Because of this, it is essential that you complete and return the medication administration form for day trips included in the field trip packet to insure that your child will receive any regularly scheduled medication. For overnight field trips, both the medication administration form for overnight trips and the overnight emergency form must be completed and returned to teacher as soon as possible. Over the counter medications such as tylenol or cough drops will not be provided routinely on day or overnight field trips. Please be sure to send your son or daughter with his/her Epi-pen or asthma inhaler if they have one.
