Please let the nurse know of any health concerns or issues which may affect your child during the school day. The nurse will develop a plan of care to meet your child's needs. Continue to notify the nurse of any changes in your child's health as a result of injury or illness at anytime throughout the school year.
We recommend keeping your child home if he/she has had a temperature over 101 within the past 24 hours.
