Mair was given an award at the annual Yom Hashoah Holocaust Memorial
presentation in Peabody on May 2 for an essay she wrote about an experience with
anti-semitism. The presentation was made at the Yom HaShoah Community Commemoration of the Holocaust at the J.
Henry Higgins Middle School in Peabody.
