2025 Personalized Learning Pathways - Examples

  • Our 7th-grade math team explored Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics K–12 by Peter Liljedahl as part of our Personalized Learning Pathway. Inspired by the successful implementation in Tri-Town’s grade 6 classrooms, our teachers examined strategies to deepen student thinking and collaboration. This collaboration resulted in the implementation of Vertical No-Permanent Surfaces (VNPS) in all classrooms.

Series: Every Student Belongs: Practical Strategies to Support LGBTQ Students, Families, and Staff

Dates: March 18, March 25, April 1, and April 8

Time: 1:15-2:14 PM

This four-session learning series is designed to build educator confidence and capacity to support LGBTQ students, staff, and families. Participants will engage in learning focused on affirming classroom practices, meaningful family engagement, inclusive curriculum integration, and fostering positive school climate and culture. The series centers practical tools and real-world application to support belonging, safety, and student success.

Self-Directed Learning Opportunities

The following options are geared toward self-directed learning and typically require 15 hours of coursework, including the classroom implementation component. Typically, these will meet the 15-hour DESE recertification requirement for students with disabilities and meeting the needs of diverse learners.
