Extracurricular Activities and Athletics
Please be aware there is no nurse available for events held before or after regular school hours .
Registration for clubs and athletics requires a medical form to be completed by a parent/guardian and turned in directly to the club advisor or trainer. In addition, participation in athletics requires a current sports physical (described below) that may be turned in directly to the nurse's office or the athletic office.
If you have concerns regarding your child's health during any of these events or at any time outside of the regular school day, please call the nurse who will be happy to help you.

Sports Physicals: In order to participate in sports, a current physical exam (within 13 months) must be on file at the school prior to participation. This is an MIAA (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association) rule and there are no exceptions. If you would like more information regarding sports physicals, you may contact the high school nurse.
