Community Assistance Program (CAP)
CAP is an extension of the annual Holiday Assistance Program that provides help during the giving months of November and December. SHAC partners with Tri-Town Council and the Tri-Town School Union in providing assistance to local families throughout the school year. CAP can provide assistance in the form of gift cards, food, and financial aid to help defray essential costs for families.
